Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some of the common questions we get asked!

What Should I wear?
As a rule check the weather on the day but we would advise sturdy older clothes…dont come up in your best attire also we would advise you to wear clothes you can either strip down or put on in case the weather changes during your visit ! Sturdy shoes are essential as the ground maybe uneven…no high heels please!
Can we just turn up?

Yes, at weekends, bank holidays and school holidays we have activities which do not need booking, you can just turn up and play. While some activities do need a booking we have many activities available for you to just turn up and have a go.

We can accomadate groups at anytime outside weekends and holidays but you will need to book your activity, sometimes we are available at very short notice, it is worth giving us a buzz as we may be able to accomodate you…it just depends on our existing bookings and instructor availability.

Are you open all the time?
We are fairly flexible on our time, where daylight permits we will usually be able to make a booking but as above please discuss your requirements with us before booking.
Is there a minimum number of people required?
Some of our activities such as Team Games, Bumper Balls and Go Kart building and racing are suited to group bookings but others for example Archery, Rifles & Pistols and Mountain Boarding can be booked as individuals.
Do you supply all the equipment?
All safety equipment will be provided and equipment such as bows, arrows, rifles, pellets, mountain boards etc will be provided and is included in the price.
Is there a maximum number of people allowed?
Our maximum capicity is 200 people, this number would be split into smaller groups and each group assigned a key instructor.
Do you accept credit/debit cards?
Yes, most major credit/debit cards are accepted. Please note that a 3% charge will be applied to credit card transactions over £100.
Are Your age limitations rigid?
Our age restrictions are a basic guide, we regularly come across young people under the age restrictions that are physically capable of taking part in activities. Where-as some young people may not be as capable, you know your children better than us, if you feel your children are suited to an activity then just have a chat with us.
